Description

Obviously Rena is just teasing Philo, she's definitely noticed no one sits by him, and that's specifically why she chose to sit by him. At this point Rena has lived in the City for about a month, and she's gotten used to being a loner, but companionship is in human nature so she was probably happy to find someone like her, on the fringe of a high school hierarchy
